Not a charity. A people’s infrastructure for health
Born in March 2020 when ER nurses, bodega owners, pastors and PhDs shared one group chat — C19 Coalition became the fastest community health network in the country. We don’t parachute in. We fund and train locals to lead.
We exist so zip code never decides survival.
COVID hit hardest where trust was lowest and access was thinnest. Hospitals had protocols; neighborhoods had questions. We closed that gap with block captains, school nurses, promotoras, and data nerds working side-by-side.

We are a nonprofit alliance of 680+ clinics, schools, faith groups and mutual-aid teams coordinating COVID testing, vaccination, Long COVID support and preparedness. Think Red Cross meets block party — professional, but deeply local.
Yes. Tests, vaccines, masks, navigators, peer groups and clean-air workshops are free. No insurance, ID or immigration questions. Funded by grants and donations.
Start with a navigator via the contact form. You’ll get a 30-min intake, symptom plan, clinic referral list, workplace letter templates and invite to weekly peer circles (online + in-person).
Any group of 30+ people can request a pop-up. Schools, churches, markets, factories — we bring staff, vaccines and tests. Average setup time is 48 hours.
Absolutely. 70% of volunteers are drivers, translators, canvassers, designers and cooks. 4-hour training, stipends for youth and seniors.
